Key Account Manager – Iberia (Gaming & Music Accessories)

Join Guillemot Corporation, a leader in innovative gaming and music accessories, as our Key Account Manager for Iberia.

We’re looking for a driven and strategic sales professional to grow our Hercules and Thrustmaster brands in a dynamic and expanding market. You’ll play a key role in developing our customer portfolio, driving revenue, and executing our commercial strategy across Spain and Portugal.

Reporting to the Iberia Sales Manager, you will:

  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts and distributors.
  • Identify and onboard new partners
  • Ensure the successful implementation of our sales strategy across all channels.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and supply chain teams.

Your key responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Lead negotiations and secure profitable agreements with partners.
  • Develop joint business plans, seasonal calendars, and launch strategies.
  • Analyse sales performance and profitability across the customers’ network.
  • Monitor inventory levels and anticipate market demand.
  • Define and execute online sales strategies, including marketing actions.
  • Ensure optimal product presentation on client platforms.
  • Use data insights to improve customer loyalty and identify new opportunities.

Your Profile

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, build relationships, present and negotiate.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales and marketing process from plan to close.
  • Excellent analytical skills, passion for data metrics and ability to turn analysis into actionable insights
  • Strong project management skills organized and able to execute plans from start till end.
  • Must be flexible, motivated, and have excellent time-management skills
  • Passion for gaming and the music industries
  • Travelling to all Key-customers every week
  • The ability to work on their own initiative with a “can do “attitude.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the online market, tools, and its development.
  • A team player, someone who thrives collaborating across a multilingual international sales force
  • Fluent English (written & spoken)

Education

Bachelor or Master Degree (ideally in Business or Management) or equivalent
